Typical out-of-pocket cost
After your deductible, most patients pay their standard specialist copay ($20–$60 depending on plan).
FSA & HSA eligible
Therapy sessions are FSA and HSA eligible. You can use your pre-tax dollars.

Can I still see a Phoenix Health therapist?
Phoenix Health therapists are licensed under the PSYPACT compact, which allows them to practice telehealth across PSYPACT member states. If your state participates, you may be eligible even without in-network coverage.
Out-of-network rates
$200 per session with Ashlyn, PhD & PMH-C. Available to patients outside our 10-state in-network footprint.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt your therapist provides after each session. You submit it to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse 50–80% after your deductible.
Will my PPO cover it?
PPO plans typically allow out-of-network benefits; HMO and EPO plans typically do not. We recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card and asking: "Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits, and what is my out-of-network deductible and reimbursement rate?"
We provide superbills automatically
After each session, your therapist provides a superbill you can submit directly to your insurance.
